Otro, otro, otro y van 3 seguidos, por 3 corredores distintos. Pereiro, Contador, Sastre esto es una gozasa. Que año para el Deporte español, Giro, Dauphiné, Tour, Roland Garros, Wimbledom, Eurocopa, Gemma Mengual y sus medallas. Gracias a todos, gracias Sastre porque detras de ese rostro serio, y hombre conservador durante muchos años, atacaste a pie d'Alpe d'Huez y los dejaste a todos. The highest road in the 2008 Tour de France give us the most spectacular crash in this year's Tour.
Barloworld's John-Lee Augustyn tops the Col de la Bonette in first place, but as he screams down the descent, he overcooks a corner, goes tumbling down the side of the mountain, while his busted bike keeps going...and going...and going.
Before you watch this frightening video, know that Augustyn re-mounted a back-up bike and finished 35th in today's stage.
Truly remarkable.
