The president of the International Cycling Union (UCI) president Pat McQuaid again showed his anger with the French Anti Doping Agency (AFLD) for making public a report which said the federation had not respected anti-doping rules in the last Tour de France and assured that he will only controls in the next edition of the 'Grande Boucle'.

"For the Tour 2009, we've really tried to find ways of collaborating with the AFLD, but this has thrown everything has broken ground when our positions to make public a report that should have remained between the UCI and the AFLD," said McQuaid in the newspaper 'L'Equipe'.

Therefore, the leader said they are not willing "to risk all the efforts made in cycling in the fight against doping relocating job over to this agency."
