The pinto rider, Alberto Contador continues in its particular dock, and it seems that the end will take longer than expected, so that their agony sport will continue until all formalities are completed.

Cycling Union (UCI) has sent over 50 pages of the case to the Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC) through the Competition Committee. The Committee will judge the rider from Madrid, is composed of four lawyers specializing in sports law. The final award may range from a simple reprimand to a ban of up to two years, which may be appealed to CAS.

On September 30, Contador said to the media that he would not accept any penalty imposed and would be willing to hang the bike in case of being penalized.
