Lance Armstrong, his teammates RadioShack and director Johan Bruyneel were fined by the governing body of cycling because cycling shirts unauthorized used in the last stage of the Tour de France this year.
The International Cycling Union fined $ 2,540 each to Armstrong and his colleagues for using black shirts with "28" on the back, in support of the Lance Armstrong Foundation to fight cancer.
RadioShack did not ask permission to change his uniform in the July period, and a dispute with the directors of the race delayed the start of the season for 20 minutes while the cyclists were changing shirts. Bruyneel was fined $ 10,167 and suspended two months next week.
