The president of the Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC), Juan Carlos Castano, wanted a favorable outcome for the cyclist Alberto Contador, but promised that the process will be addressed without special treatment, following a request from the International Cycling Union (UCI) to open a disciplinary inquiry into the corridor.
